Hot off the trail of their Red Rocks headlining debut and their biggest tour to date, Papadosio’s revamped Earth Night event recently hit Denver and they certainly did not disappoint. All proceeds from the evening benefitted Conscious Alliance & Winona La Duke’s Honor the Earth Foundation. The evening began with a VIP Meet & Greet dinner before the show with other special guests Rising Appalachia, Eskmo, and visionary artists Amanda Sage and David Hale. Universal consciousness and unity were clearly showcased as the themes throughout the night.

10. Getting In I know, it sad that this made the list, but the not so pleasant 6 hour wait I had coupled with the 12+ hour horror stories I heard throughout the weekend merit it its spot on the list. I understand that weather happens, but that was not the only factor that lead to the hellish waits. Cars coming from all directions into one entrance that was single file also played a huge role. They stopped letting people in Wednesday night, and then again Thursday night (technically Friday morning) at 2 am, which then lead to people having to park their cars 10 miles away to be shuttled in. There will undoubtedly need to be some changes made here for next year.
Last week one of our favorite Denver photographers, David Novin, headed to the 1UP on Colfax Ave. (a bar and arcade with a very intimate concert venue), for the debut of David Murphy Live Band, the first project from STS9′s former bass player & front man.
