Schecter C-1 SLS Elite Guitar Demo Video

welcome back to the channel you guys
hope you’re having a great day today in
this video we are checking out an
absolute beast of a guitar this is the
Schecter c1 SLS elite
so let’s take a quick minute to admire
the specs on this guitar this is
probably the most Spectator I’ve ever
played at any price and we’re going to
talk about how they can possibly offer
this at the price they do during my
final thoughts but let’s just go through
the specs alright so here we go as I
mentioned this thing is aspect out
monster starting with the headstock of
course locking tuners now on the back
side we might as well talk about the
neck this is maple walnut and paducah
and it is a neck through design so the
same piece of wood goes all the way
through on either side our swamp ash
wings okay so that’s the neck and the
back let’s go on to the front now on the
front we’ve got an ernie ball
compensated nut and an ebony fingerboard
we’ve got offset abalone fret markers
and jumbo stainless steel frets we’ve
got a compound radius on the neck from
12 to 16 Fishman fluence pickups truss
rod adjustment at the base of the neck
hip shot bridge but we’re not done yet
we’ve got an arched top with this
beautiful gradation finish flame maple
top binding on the body binding on the
neck binding on the headstock the back
heel joint is super comfortable and lets
you access all 24 frets and of course a
big old belly cap so literally every
conceivable option on this guitar is the
highest end available
did I mention tilt back on the headstock
is very minimal just enough to get rid
of string trees and pull through the nut
is relatively straight for a 3+3 design
you can see they’re staggered in width
which enables you know the strings to go
through the knot relatively straight so
you know every aspect of this guitar has
been thought through and Specht out like
crazy now specs are great and all that
but we need to talk about the
construction on this guitar and of
course listen to some tones now I’ve
been playing on this guitar for about a
month as well as the other sectors in
the back that one and that one you guys
have been noticing them hanging and just
asking when the demos are coming they’re
coming so I’m gonna do this one and then
we’ll have the other demos up very soon
so anyway I’ve been playing on this
guitar for a while and I can
absolutely say the construction backs up
the specs the fret ends are amazing the
action has not moved you know we’re in
the midst of a very hot summer right now
very humid and this neck has not moved
so absolutely great I don’t know if it’s
you know the carbon fiber reinforcement
rods or whatever but it’s been an
incredibly stable Fred ends are great
binding looks good sometimes on you know
guitars you can see you know defects in
the binding or whatever not so here
so fret works great let’s pop off the
electronics cavity and take a look under
there I haven’t done that yet so let’s
do it together
all right let’s take a look inside and
see if it’s as neat on the inside as on
the outside it’s a very tight fit which
is actually a good sign and see if I can
pop that up carefully almost had it
there we go yeah very nice and neat and
tidy look at all the wiring from the
Fishman fluence pickups so we’ve got the
9-volt battery compartment right there
and then these are obviously push-pull
pots for the different voicings on the
fluence pickups we’re gonna go through
the tones and check those out and
they’ve just got some extra little uh I
guess isolation for the switch cover so
that’s great yeah everything’s super
nice and neat and tidy I don’t know if
you guys can see in there but looks good
now the sticker on the back says setup
to play with somebody’s initials there
and I’ve got to say that’s true in my
case
setup very very nice and since there’s
no pickguard to peel off I’m gonna take
a moment and just enjoy this best part
of a new guitar so there you go in terms
of specs and features there’s pretty
much nothing else that can compete with
this in its price range and I’m happy to
say construction is excellent as well
with no obvious flaws anywhere on the
guitar so it’s time for some tones and
the fluence pickups are a little
different they’re not like traditional
humbuckers or single coils but they do
have two different voicings so when
volume and tone are down it’s kind of
like the thicker humbucker tone and then
when they’re split they’re not actually
split they just call it voicing – but I
find it functions very similar let’s
plug this baby in and take it first bin
all right so now that we’ve heard some
basic tones what we’re gonna do is go
through some clean tones we’re gonna
play neck pickup both pickups and bridge
pickups and then we’re gonna go to the
second voicing and do the same thing
neck pickup both and bridge so we’ll
have six tones let’s take a listen
now let’s throw the Siwon into a mix
with some other instruments a link to
the backing track I’m using will be in
the video description below as always
let’s take a listen
so here are my final thoughts on the
Schecter c1 SLS elite can we just take a
moment to say how beautiful this guitar
is I haven’t talked about that at all
but this finish is stunning with the
arch top the matching headstock binding
over the whole thing it’s a real beauty
now honestly I have no idea how Schecter
packed so many high-end parts into a
guitar that plays so well for eleven to
twelve hundred bucks it’s absolutely
insane and of course part of it is
they’re made in South Korea which you
know the South Korean guitars are some
of the best instruments being made on
the planet currently they’re just
absolutely amazing guitars coming out of
South Korea right now so obviously some
of the savings comes there but you know
I just can’t imagine what a Fender or a
Gibson would charge for something with
you know evany finger boards gonna be an
upcharge swamp ash body is gonna be an
upcharge
high-end electronics amazing paint job
sort of like a custom paint job neither
even offer you know stainless steel
frets and all that kind of stuff but you
know from some of other major
manufacturer this is gonna cost you a 3
grand and it’s you know twelve hundred
bucks or whatever so Schechter’s done an
absolutely amazing job
aesthetically construction playability
and tone what a great guitar thanks so
much for watching guys hope you enjoyed
the demo this is an easy recommendation
for me so next time you’re in a music
store head to the schecter section and
try the sls elite super awesome guitar
on your way out you can check out the
t-shirt store if you want to and the
taps tour all the links including to
this guitar will be in the video
description below have yourself a great
week

Schecter Guitar Review

The first Schecter guitar model was released in 1980 and it was quickly acclaimed for its unique styling and tonal qualities. It’s reputation only grew and now you can find a huge variety of models and variations of this amazing guitar model.

The most popular version of the Schecter guitar is the Les Paul model. This model has a bolt-on maple body and a mahogany neck. The guitar also comes in either cream or black finish, with black hardware. It’s easy to change the hardware, because it’s not attached to the body at all.

The Schecter Firebird is another model that is available for sale and is similar to the Les Paul in appearance. However, it features a maple and mahogany back and sides and is equipped with vintage styled hardware. This model comes in black or white finish and has a vintage sound to it. It’s a great choice for people who want a beautiful guitar but don’t want to go through the trouble of changing the hardware.

The Schecter Big Muffin is another model that is available and features a mahogany body. The top has a pearl effect and it has a fingerboard that has a rosewood finish. A trapeze-shaped tremolo completes this guitar. It’s quite popular among many of the guitar players who perform in rock bands.

The other guitar that is produced by the Schecter company is the Schecter Flying V. This model is quite different in appearance than the other models and features a maple back and sides. It’s equipped with an open headstock and is equipped with a pickguard that goes over the pickup coils.

All of these models are manufactured by the Schecter guitar company and are very popular with rock stars and guitarists who use these guitars to enhance their music. If you want to learn more about the models and the history behind them, it’s a good idea to visit the website listed below.

If you’re interested in purchasing one of these guitars, you should visit the online website and register. There you can find information about the different styles and prices offered and reviews of the models that you’re interested in.

If you have a little bit of experience with guitars, you might be able to pick up a used model at a yard sale. However, if you’re completely new to playing, you’ll want to start with a brand new model. Even then, you might be able to get a used model at a lower price because of its rarity.

No matter which model of guitar you end up choosing, you will be able to play music on it to your heart’s content. Because it’s such an important instrument, you’ll be able to share your talent with everyone who hears you play.
