Pioneer TS-WX130DA Compact Slim Active Subwoofer Review

g’day guys it’s adam from video show me
how welcome back to the subscribers of
the channel and if you’re new to the
channel and you find the content useful
please feel free to support the channel
by subscribing as well in this video
we’re going to be doing a sound test of
the Pioneer slimline subwoofer that we
recently installed if you haven’t seen
that video you can check it out at the
link up the top here we did an unboxing
and then a full install of the unit and
I’ve had that unit running in the Jeep
now for around about three weeks so what
we’re going to do is run a few different
types of music through the stereo in the
Jeep we’re gonna be using the built-in
remote that the Pioneer unit comes with
to have the sub either turned all the
way on or all the way off like that and
that way you’re gonna get a good
understanding of what it sounds like
with the subwoofer turned on and what it
sounds like with the subwoofer turned
all the way off now one thing to bear in
mind is that there’s a lot of variables
here that’s going to come into play the
microphone that I am using on this
recording is a rode videomic pro which
is a fairly half-decent microphone so it
should be able to pick up the range the
other factor though of course is what
you’re listening to this on so if you’re
listening to it on your phone for
example you may not be able to tell too
much of a difference if you’re using a
decent pair of headphones so for example
you should be able to tell the
difference between what it sounds like
with the subwoofer working and with it
turned off alright that’s all there is
to it so let’s get into a couple of
different tests
well there you go guys I hope that was
helpful and gives you a bit of an idea
of what the Pioneer slimline sub sounds
like and particularly the difference
between what it sounds like with it
turned on and with it turned off if you
have any comments be sure to leave them
in the comment section below give the
video a thumbs up if you found it
helpful and don’t forget to subscribe to
the channel that’s the best way you can
support me to bring out more content
into the future I hope you have an
awesome day and I’ll see you in the next
one
