Sennheiser Evolution Wireless EW 100 G3 Microphone Demo Video
very stable UHF microphone system as you
can see the model number right here aw
100 G 3 Sennheiser okay so out of the
package let me show you what we get we
get the microphone obviously um I
already put it in but the batteries too
Sennheiser double-a batteries you just
put them in there and just already did
that you basically just hold this red
button to turn on and as you can see it
comes on and looking for the signal to
sync and all that but we’re not going to
do all that so and you hold the button
and it turns off so that’s the
microphone it comes with the microphone
holder out of the box let me show you so
you don’t get confused this is the part
that comes with you don’t get the legs
but they’re not expensive so you should
order these while you’re getting the
microphone so it’s only comes with this
right here and you won’t be able to sit
the microphone if you’re planning to put
it on a podium or anything so you need
this piece power plug for the unit
you’re going to see the receiver right
here in a second this plus back to the
receiver
microphone is on batteries obviously
let’s put there this is the unit it
comes with true diversity receiver right
here you can see II W hundred G three
there’s not much to it a few buttons and
everything is done digitally the
antennas are I hooked them up but
they’re very simple you just push it
it’s like springy it comes with two
antennas I didn’t need any external
antenna yet because these two antennas
should do the trick for me I don’t need
no any external bigger antennas that you
may need if you’re doing concerts and
stuff so the white works you hook it up
is um it’s very simple so the antenna
right here this is kind of spring as I
said you just push it right here push it
and turn it and lock antenna moves up
and down since you’re gonna be holding
it like this
so you fold your antenna shown in here
so you can fold and then it you can turn
them to whatever angle you like and then
we put the second one on so I got the
antennas and the unit like that
obviously this is peeled off so all
right so that’s the unit now let’s look
at the back of it I’m gonna use a tip
creep in it just clicks right here and
the other end goes into my depending on
what you got my I needed this that’s
what I’m going to be using that’s the
only thing I’m going to use and it plugs
in here
for the power obviously and that’s about
it it’s pretty simple actually the
system setup is very simple as much as
I’ve been looking and looking at the you
know talking to Sennheiser what I
strongly suggest is when you call to buy
this microphone just ask your vendor
whoever you are buying from to check
your zip code for what signal is in the
air they can literally tell you what’s
traveling in UHF and what your frequency
will be and they can tell if you’re
going to have any inference or not or if
it’s too crowded they’ll put you on
something else so these are the rack
attachments if you wanted to you know
wrap this up obviously come to this here
okay so you put your phones you know on
the size of this take it out and just
you know on both sides of the unit and
you will be able to place it on a rack
and then you got couple plugs US version
of it already plugged in here so I’m
going to be using this but if you want
it you can just convert them to European
plugs do so comes with these extra plugs
right here they’re very easy to just
like you just snap in them take the
other one out also comes with these four
arm legs if you wanted to not rack this
thing you would have to turn it around
and put four legs at the you know like a
little so it doesn’t slide if you’re
gonna put it on the podium or something
or sit it somewhere
solid build good quality in block or if
we’re outside so that kind of
you know comes to fits on the top of the
microphone yeah I mean that’s this is
something not very expensive but made by
Sennheiser perfectly fits to the
microphone so funny that that’s made in
Germany
this sponge thanks for watching let me
know if you have any questions

A Sennheiser shotgun microphone is a popular piece of equipment for recording and mixing because it’s easy to use, produces great sound quality, and it’s relatively inexpensive. I’ve used the Sennhiser PXC 250 wireless shotgun microphone for years on various recordings and mixed recordings as well as being used extensively in live performances as a soundman. I’m often asked what my recommendation is for the amateur audio engineer out there, and I tend to agree with most recording and mixing experts that the Sennhiser shotgun microphone is an excellent choice for all levels of experience.
First of all, this it is really easy to use and it’s a joy to record with. It has an intuitive interface, which prompts you through its operation simply by touch-scrolling through the menu system. It is also one of the least expensive in kits that I have personally ever worked with, coming in at only about thirty dollars. This makes the Sennhiser shotgun is a great value for anyone looking to start working with live sound as quickly as possible. What’s great is that the shotgun mic doesn’t interfere with your other sound equipment like a condenser microphone does, making this piece of equipment highly flexible to work with.
The sound quality of the mic is very good. I don’t hear any hiss when the mic picks up my voice, and it seems to reproduce the sound as clear as any other I’ve used. The sound stage is very clean and crisp, and the feedback is very clean and crisp too. In addition, the sound stage does not suffer from overload when there’s a lot of activity going on in the background, something I’ve seen with other cheap microphones. Overall, this mic really does do a great job of delivering high quality sound to any application.
It will suit all of your recording needs whether you are looking at studio recordings or mixing tracks in the band. This distinctive feature sets it apart from all other diaphragms, capturing its diaphragm just like its dynamic sibling capturing its dynamic sister. Another difference with the Sennheiser is that it does not have any physical diaphragm but has a piston rather which moves up and down when hit by an acoustic signal therefore there is no srum of moving air around inside the condenser microphone. It is therefore important that it gets a high quality recording as its output will be more than enough for any professional musician to record.
The Sennheiser C condenser microphone is a superior recording microphone due to the fact it is able to capture the exact audio wave for whatever purpose. It also has the unique ability to vary its compression level which allows the user to adjust it according to the recording level required. This feature makes it ideal for a variety of different recording situations where you may want the music to sound better or a clearer recording and with the same diaphragm or perhaps different ones for other purposes. There is an amazing amount of versatility with this microphone, which is why so many musicians use it.
The Sennheiser compressor is a truly fantastic microphone. With a lot of professional brands now using valve microphones for their audio equipment, this one stands out and is very popular among other valve microphones. I must say though, if you are looking for a good general cardioid mic then this is not the right one for you.

Their range of microphones span a wide range from the best known name in cardioid microphones to less well-known models which are suitable for a range of different applications. The E835 microphone is one such model suitable for vocal applications and professional vocals as well. This article discusses how this microphone benefits performers and how Sennheiser can improve your sound quality.
With a cardioid dynamic microphone the E835 microphone is able to capture the sound of the diaphragm without an external instrument or pickup system. This eliminates the use of additional equipment which adds distortion to the sound and can potentially damage sensitive microphones. Handheld dynamic vocal mic with cardioid, specifically made for vocal performances and speeches, which produce a strong sound that cuts through low levels on stage and produces a good, uniform tone throughout. Uniform frequency pick up pattern maintains sound quality when moving across and off axis throughout the performance, while soft presence boost evens tonality and improves clarity, while the body of the microphone also absorbs low frequency noise.
As, well as the powerful cardio and acoustic models there are two more different models which are becoming increasingly popular with stage performers and sound professionals. These are the cardioid with polarised baffle and the dynamic version which incorporate a polarised grille. In conjunction with the e835 microphone’s standard model the e835 cardioid with polarised baffle is also available as a crossover. Both variants employ an elliptical motor drive circuit with variable damping to optimise performance at any venue.
