Right now, words cannot properly describe the magic of Friday night’s performance by Bob Weir and the cast of musicians that gathered to pay tribute to the late Jerry Garcia.

Locally, the performance was a private party but the entire event was web-streamed in high definition to fans all around the globe.

At times seeing more than a dozen players packed onto the stage at Weir’s TRI Studios, the music never stopped- literally. Starting at 6:30 PST with a wonderful pre-produced video montage of interviews, story telling and more the stream then dropped right into the show that played on until just after 11:30 PST. There was no set break nor an encore break, just a constant rotating cast of characters.

Move Me Brightly Setlist: The Wheel > Cumberland Blues, Loser, Mississippi Half Step, Dire Wolf, Dupree’s Diamond Blues, Tennessee Jed, Ship Of Fools, They Love Each Other, Bird Song, New Speedway Boogie, Loose Lucy, Friend of the Devil, Mission In The Rain, Ramble On Rose, Catfish John, Shakedown Street, Terrapin Station, He’s Gone, Eyes Of The World, Scarlet Begonias, Don’t Let Go, Days Between > Franklin’s Tower, U.S. Blues, Goin’ Down The Road Feelin’ Bad, Ripple
